Week of January 28-February 3 2017 Stats
I am click clacking along, not reading much but still keeping my butt off the chairs for the most part and I improved over last weeks stats. Except of course for sleep which was abysmal as usual.
I have also been using some Runtastic apps for body weight training. I know I need to get back to the gym, but this is what I’ve got for now.
Keeping your butt off the chairs is good 🙂
