5K is completed! Nothing else has changed but it is amazing how good accomplishing just one thing can make you feel. AND, I’M OFFICIALLY UNDER 150 lbs!!!

    • That would be so awesome. Everyone I know is either way faster or way slower than me. Though about a quarter of mine is running as hard as I can until I want to die and snot is blowing out of my nose… Sooo probably not too many people would want to come for the experience 😛
